Sport Conditioning Youth and Adult Dryland w/ Kirsty

This is an individual and/or group training program that is sport specific (ie: ski or bike - depending on the season). We will perform a functional movement assessment testing base strength, balance, agility, and power to gain a baseline to assess for any muscle imbalances and/or weaknesses and inefficiencies.

The program consists of: specific isolated stretching and dynamic warm-up; primal movements enhancing mobility and agility; strength training, plyometrics, and power training incorporated into a type of HIT workout that will get every part of the body moving and working efficiently to mitigate injury during the ski season.

By passing on the tricks of the trade this program gives a foundation that clients can draw on all season long -  for decades to come - and ensure you are charging into your ski season!

*Clients will also have fast-track access to physiotherapy treatments throughout the season as needed.

Stretching and Recovery w/ Julia

This class will include a detailed, Full-body flexibility routine & time for injury-specific rehab exercises


Seniors Group CLASS w/ Julia

This is a gentle class focused on balance, coordination, and full-body movement. It is zero impact and a great reason to come out and socialize. All though it is targeted at a senior demographic, if you are looking for a very gentle movement session, please come by and check it out - all are welcome.

Run Fit Class w/ Eva

Accessing The Power Within : Intro to Quantum Healing Workshop w/ Christie

Learn the basic process of energetic alchemy and discover some common blocks to healing on a quantum level. This is a 90 minute seated circle workshop that will include an introduction to energetics, alchemy and quantum healing; how you can heal yourself. Sharing and questions are encouraged. This is a seated class so bring something comfy to sit on; mats are available.


Rise and Grind Class w/ Jenna

Rise and Grind is a high-energy, circuit-based class designed to build strength and endurance in a small-group setting. Using equipment like TRX, kettlebells, and other functional training tools, we focus on strength training through a variety of circuits that challenge your entire body.

This early morning class is perfect for those who want to kick-start their day with an intense, yet fun, workout.

The smaller class size ensures personalized attention, allowing you to push yourself while maintaining proper form and technique.



Working in: Uncovering your Authentic Self w/ Sarah Dixon

•Learn – an introduction to: Polyvagal theory; Attachment theory; Somatic work: how the body holds unresolved grief, trauma and anxiety; A larger emotional and Felt Sense vocabulary; Breathe - a 16 minute calming breathwork series developed by Max Strom; Move – a Yoga practice that applies polyvagal theory and is trauma informed; Integrate –time to rest, restore, contemplate and record.


Healthy Body Functioning CLASS w/ Kirsty

This class includes: intrinsic core strengthening, osteo-articular mobility, alignment, balance, neuro-mobility and myofascial stretching with minimal props at a flow pace that you can modify to suit where you are at. The class includes ELDOA and DNS (Dynamic Neuro Stability) disciplines.

As ski season is coming, expect a progressive ski specific conditioning focus w/ off-snow ski technique tips to get you ready to charge as soon as you are on-snow! This is finely-tuned Adult Dryland!

Dance Cardio w/ Marianne

A fun filled hour class with cardio, core, and some yoga to finish off. We will learn different styles of dance for our cardio section from latin to hip hop. No previous dance experience necessary. This is a follow the leader style dance cardio class. Come ready to sweat and wear shoes that are easy to dance in.


Peaceful Warrior w Kirsty and Christie

This class is a work-IN vs a work-OUT and includes Foundational training, neuro and joint mobility through the exercise regimes: DNS (Dynamic Neuro Stability) and ELDOAs. The class will end with a Heart Opening practice led by Christie Cunneyworth to make for a very tuned in, nurturing body and mind practice.

What are ELDOAs? They are postural exercises (LOADS – Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretches) that you can do yourself with the primary goal being to increase the space within a specific joint space in the body.

As the ELDOA “creates space”, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, a reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture, and a sense of well-being and awareness.
